We reserve the right to substitute the flowers as needed, but will design the order as similar as possible to keep the same style, value, and feel.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 5 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.
